Meet Dr. Dustin McCafferty & Dr. Anthony Cardoza

At the heart of Be Well Dental is Dr. Dustin McCafferty, DDS—a dedicated dentist with a passion for advanced care and long-term oral health. Originally from the Phoenix area, Dr. McCafferty discovered his interest in dentistry through a family friend who worked as an orthodontist. He pursued this calling with a B.S. in Health Science from Arizona State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the prestigious NYU College of Dentistry. A Fellow of Implant Pathway, Dr. McCafferty is committed to continuing education and utilizes the latest dental technology to deliver precise and personalized treatment for every patient. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and daughter, cooking up something delicious, or hitting the golf course.

Working alongside Dr. McCafferty is Dr. Anthony Cardoza, a 1985 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School with decades of experience serving the Santee community. Dr. Cardoza offers a broad range of general dental care—including root canals, extractions, and periodontal treatments—with a calm, reassuring approach that puts patients at ease. A Fellow of the World Class Laser Institute and a highly respected forensic dental consultant, he brings both technical skill and a profound sense of service to his practice.
